Returns
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We kindly ask you to check our sizing guide before making a purchase to ensure the correct fit.
If there has been an error with your order on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defect), please contact us immediately at contact@ampeur.co. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues promptly. Please be aware that we cannot accept any returns of worn, used, or altered items. All items must be in their original condition as shipped.

Shipping
Orders within Japan are shipped via Sagawa Express. Orders made outside of Japan are shipped via DHL Express. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped, and up to 5 additional business days for final delivery. Tracking information for all orders will be provided via email upon dispatch and will update within 12 hours to reflect the shipment's latest status.

Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties upon arrival, which are not included in the order's shipping cost. Unfortunately, we are unable to prevent or pay for these fees, and cannot lower the value of orders to evade these fees.
